    For those of us who don’t want to see exhaust tips if you only run the bash plate does it effect the sound at all? Assuming it stays pretty tucked up behind the bumper with the bash plate only? Thanks.

    • @Lethalcamp
      @Lethalcamp  Před 2 lety +3

      We haven't tested it with the bashguard on there yet but we will definitely follow up with a video of it. I personally think it would change the tone a bit as the additional length of pipe as well as the split section and tips get removed but I guess we'll just have to install the bash guard and see.
      The bashguard is tucked away real nice just over the axle.

    Roush exhaust might still take the win on sound. AWE on looks. What do you think?

    • @Lethalcamp
      @Lethalcamp  Před 2 lety +1

      They both sound great. Out of the two the AWE is definitely louder.

    For some reason, I'm not able to read the comment replies. Any chance we can get the sound with the bash pipe?

      We will be installing the bash pipe next week. Once it's on and we get clips we'll be sure to share it with everyone. If you have any other questions in the meantime please let us know.

    Lethal I hope you guys can respond in the next couple mins before I get my Magnaflow installed.... Do you guys think the Magnaflow is a quite one?

    • @Lethalcamp
      @Lethalcamp  Před 2 lety

      I personally haven’t installed a Magnaflow system on our bronco yet or have heard one in person to say whether it’s quiet or not. I would try listening to a few sound clips on YT to see if it’s the sound you’re lookin for. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks

    Any drone at highway speed?

    • @Lethalcamp
      @Lethalcamp  Před rokem

      No drone at all. I drove our Bronco 4 hours South to Key West and back one weekend with this system on it. At no point was there any drone. AWE makes a bad ass system for sure.

  • @TJRSIM
    @TJRSIM Před 2 lety +1

    Any difference in the throttle Pickup? I would think the throttle would feel more fluffy or !less responsive with any of the exhaust especially a cat back with a bigger pipe Dia and less backpressure,

    • @Lethalcamp
      @Lethalcamp  Před 2 lety +1

      Our Bronco is already tuned with the Whipple calibration and already had an aftermarket exhaust on it. So it would be really hard to notice any difference by switching over to the AWE catback.

    • @TJRSIM
      @TJRSIM Před 2 lety

      @@Lethalcamp awesome! Thanks for the response. I’m thinking on a customer side maybe the Roush exhaust or similar wouldn’t require a tune since it’s basically just a muffler change, but as you are saying the full car back needs a tune. It might be of interest to others to mention this in your videos on other exhaust you test. Thanks again!

    • @Lethalcamp
      @Lethalcamp  Před 2 lety

      @@TJRSIM Sorry if that didn't come across the right way. No catback or axleback system for the bronco will requires a tune.
      Our Bronco however was tuned with the Whipple calibration before we installed the Roush system. So we really couldn't tell if we picked up anything with just the axleback install. To be honest if any gains were to be had from an axleback or catback I feel they would be very minimal.
      Hope that clears things up. Let us know if you have any other questions.
      Thanks!

    • @Lethalcamp
      @Lethalcamp  Před 2 lety +1

      No. The catback or axleback do not require a tune. Only if you remove the factory cats for an offroad race only setup will a tune be required.

    After having installed mulitple aftermarket exhaust, which one would you pick? without price being a factor...

    • @Lethalcamp
      @Lethalcamp  Před 2 lety +2

      I haven't driven the Bronco long distance on the highway yet to check for drone but so far all of the testing we did locally definitely makes this one my favorite so far. With that said both the MRT and Roush setups sound great too. I just like the fact of having the AWE split dual exit tips. They sure look nice and the system sounds really good with the muffler being located mid vehicle.

    So, roush or awe? Which is better

    • @Lethalcamp
      @Lethalcamp  Před 2 lety +1

      That's really personal preference. I thought the Roush sounded really good. The AWE system sounds great with a slightly different tone as well at it being louder than the Roush setup.

    • @Hookedonkrack
      @Hookedonkrack Před 2 lety +1

      @@Lethalcamp absolutely agree, roush has that deep tone but in leaning towards awe. Does the pitch/tone change when only the bash pipe is in?

  • @dwightk.schruteiii8454

    Not quite sold yet. Mine sounds way louder with a simpler muffler delete.

    • @Lethalcamp

    • @Lethalcamp
      @Lethalcamp  Před 2 lety +1

      @@desertmike680 The Roush axleback isn't that loud at all and sounds really good. I would say that or the MRT trail rated exhaust which we tested as well would be great choices. Check out our reviews of both on this channel and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

    Interesting. For $1,200.00 you can make your Bronco sound like a cow with bad gas.
    Well made system, but the sound is HORRIBLE! Stock is a much better choice as people won't point & laugh at you as you drive by.
    No one makes a good sounding system for the Bronco, either the 4 banger or Vsux.
