Thanks for your tutorial. I have the machine but I couldn’t understand the Japanese instruction!

I haven't used the embellish brand one, but my tulip one has lasted a long time!!

thanks... this is great.. but what do you do if the hook doesnt grab the yarn when you are turning it... can it be fixed?

Starting over is really the only fix. It usually does fine once you get it going, but it does frequently struggle with the first few rounds. I find it works best with a 2-3 weight yarn, and really only struggles with 4 weight. 5 weight or higher won't fit. Hope that helps!

What type of yarn do you use?

Generally a 3 weight or lower works best. It can handle a 4 once you get going but it may take a few tries! The yarn I used in the video was some cheap acrylic that came with one of my other knitting machines.

I can’t get mine going, it just keeps knotting at the top, anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

I have that problem a lot too. It usually takes me a few tries to get it going. I did have better luck using a 3 weight yarn instead of 4 weight.
