Avg 110kBps speed transferring 129MB file PC to mobile. Speed is slow compared to mobile to mobile file transfer.
Edit as of 29 Nov 2023 if nearby share is correctly installed, speed is around 6-8MBps which is enough for 'airdrop' for windows. No more need for phone link app. As a pirated window user phone link app is a bullsh*t to me.

Edit: I tried again but
1. transfer speed fluctuating around 100kbps without signing in &
2. after sign in, sharing is possible with only same gmail account on both devices🤕 with 100kbps speed
