Hex bit and a few turns on each screw, that futon frame would be in 2 sections. A lot easier carry it in 1 load. Not return later. I keep drill and bits on hand just in case.
Almost forgot, what title do you sale under for Amazon? You had some coffee cups that when hot water was poured in, the outside of cup showed! So, wanted one, wasn't the winner so I'd like to know where they were listed? Its been sometime ago, so I hope I explained well enough what I am interested in!
I bought a storage locker that had boxes, suit cases, and a living room chair, for $25. I started digging through things, and I found a couple of skateboards, dirt motorcycle racing clothing, and other odds and ends. I think that I sold most of the things and got about $250, plus I used the chair for 2 years and sold it for $20. Not bad.
I'm curious if you find stuff in a storage unit that seems especially sentimental, such as family photo albums or journals, do you try and get that to the owner?
Resale Rabbit when you say local auction companies what exactly does that mean? People who buy these items from you then auction them off or? Sorry for all the questions I’ve been bidding on units and hope to close on one in the next few days but besides selling on eBay offer up market place yard sale etc I was wondering if there was somewhere I could get some money for other items in the unit
@@ResaleRabbit I'm very interested in starting a new business since I'm a stay at home mom. Could you please find it in you to email me at sdhayes1029@gmail.com and just let nee know some information about it. Please you would seriously be helping out 👊 great buy btw
“If it’s not worth anything on Amazon it’s certainly not worth anything on ebay. “ That may be true for newer books but not necessarily so for older out of print books. I’ve seen books sell on ebay for twice what Amazon sellers are asking. People get caught up in the bidding and hate to lose.
Watched first Resale Rabbit video last night. Enertaining so when this video popped up today I said what the heck, afterall, I think I've seen all the cat videos. Lol. I used to call unemployed relatives to help me with apartment evictions. Some municipalities allow belongings to immediately be disposed of. Awesome! But sucks for tenant already down on their luck. It'd be like going to a fleamarket where everything was free. I remember feeling empathy for those struggling like I've done. This got me thinking... What do you do with important papers like legal documents and birth certificates when they turn up? Even well cared for family photos with obvious personal value to the previous owner? Have you ever contacted anyone to return these types of "valuables" that only are important to the previous owner, but worth very little to you? How do you be socially responsible without opening a can of worms full of people pleading for their belongings back? Such a canumdrum. I think I would look for a current address online and anonymously send it to them, hoping it finds them. If it were my stuff, it'd be like angels themselves handed it to me. 👼 I remember when my widowed father remarried. His new wife got ambitious within the first few days of marriage and threw out everything related to my mother without consulting my father, six siblings or myself. I lived less than a block away! We lost birth and death records along with countless photos and scrap books of our ancestry; keepsakes of my grandmothers and family heirlooms. We were all consumed with dismay, anger and sorrow. Over three decades later, there's still a whole in my heart. I'm thankful that I secured a beloved thread cabinet of my mother's shortly after her death as the skills she taught me has brought me meaningful rewards in life. I'd be lucky to get $20 for it at a yard sale, yet it's one of my most prized possessions. The pallet of Amazon returns I watched you unveil on a video last night is clear cut capitalism, but this is different. Their loss is your gain. I get that, but you seem like a down-to-earth, decent person. How do you manage the priceless documents, like say, adoption papers or a last will & testament that might be in the personal papers you find?
He contacts old owners when he can and returns all personal papers ect. He will hide personal info and normally has a box set aside for returnable stuff.
Dude. So weird. Looking at amazon return unboxing and clicked on your video. We used to live together. You constantly gave me shit. I can’t stop laughing. This is awesome. I couldn’t fucking believe it. Congrats on your success! I live in Osh now!
....."If it is not worth anything on Amazon then it certainly is not going to be worth anything on eBay" .....That is a nice way to say AMAZON is overpriced.....
A quick non-intensive search on Black & Decker jar openers showed prices from $70 to $150. More for the larger models, which you seem to maybe have. So, $100 is not unreasonable, BUT who, really, uses a jar opener and will spend $100 on one? Not me! Besides, what's contained in glass jars these days, anyway? I'd bet you'll get $25-$50 for your's, maybe, and it'll take a long time to sell. Any update? And, $15 for a Casio digital camera? Really?
Resale Rabbit i use to sell from a nail to a truck and let me tell u if u can sell that laptop for $100 i want u to video that please , i like to laugh 😆 to see who is buying.!
Judging by my base knowledge you could probably be better off selling it for parts. If you know about computers it's not too hard to take them apart, and you could easily wipe and sell the hard drive and all the different pieces. I bet that would be better in the long run as opposed to trying to get it fixed or in working condition.
I’ve ordered a charger to test it (about $12) to see if it works. Im not a computer guy, but I know a few who fix these for me for cheap (as long as the issue is minor). For $20 I can have windows reinstalled and it will be good as new(ish) lol. Of course, if it has a more major issue, correct, it’s not worth selling. I’d list it for parts as it sits either on eBay or in a local auction.
Why don’t u get a go pro so u got 2 hand 🤚🏼 free.it frustrates me to see you tossing neatly folded clothes.surely, they’d be more presentable uncreased, therefore more sellable ? Go for a go-pro.u wear a hat anyway...just a thought 💭
Look here...I’m only giving an opinion...it’s maybe I have a bit of ocd.. If that’s ok,it’s just my thoughts... Another’s mans junk is another mans treasure.....
Absolutely! There must have been an action cam in a storage unit or pallet box. But it does add a relatable quality to seeing a person over just seeing product. It'd be cool if VR glasses could immerse a viewer in the process. That would be a blast taking these videos to a whole other level beyond the current purpose. Still, it'd be pretty cool.
He knows where to dump each part of this locker. Auctions, consignment shops some stuff for E Bay maybe some stuff if he had a warehouse sale coming up. Unwanted shoes and clothes donate to Salvation Army (screw Goodwill the bums). If you don't mind putting in the work storage units can be great. If it's not your cup of tea find other ways to get merchandise to sell. Rabbit has about 10 different ways so find what works for you best.
ITS SO DISGUSTING!!!!!!! how someone could and would even want to buy someones storage unit and just go through it with no regard at all... SICK people...... watching this made my body cringe and refused to finish watching. you never know what a person was going through and couldn't pay their bill, no one just ABANDONS things that mean something to them, what means NOTHING to you means THE WORLD to the person that put it there.
You're talking about all this money you're going to make you ain't going to get $100 for that computer that laptop no way and you're leaving out time travel labor to move everything and trips to the post office all the time to post it on eBay you're not making a killing pal
@@joshgaertig6294 this is true you'll make you know three or four hundred dollars but then he's going to pay a hundred out for hiring somebody to move it and pay another hundred out to eBay fees pay another hundred out for his time and gas rent on the building that he's renting know he'll be lucky to break even
For stuff he keeps and sells he moves on his own. It doesn't cost much on eBay to sell or even at a consignment Store. He's a smart man, he'll make a decent profit.
eBay only takes 13%, post office picks up at my warehouse, if the laptop works it’s easily $100, Labor to move stuff was about 10 minutes, and time is irrelevant considering this is what I do for a living. I put in my 40 hours per week and get a paycheck just like any other job. Only difference is that I own the company and get to decide when those 40 hours take place.

Check those shoes. They are gorgeous and if they are in good condition you could get 10 to 20 per pair

Loving the new videos , keep them coming ! Blessings Sarah
Always enjoy seeing what you get in lockers
Hahah i liked the "Missing the key" part
Are there any storage auctions in green bay, wi?
I bought a storage locker that had boxes, suit cases, and a living room chair, for $25. The jar opener - i gave my parents one years ago, they did not use it until a few months ago, now my dad loves it
Did you have to pay a cleaning fee on the locker
How are you getting rid of furniture ?
No one is going to pay $100 for a used, windows 8 laptop with a missing button.
i was thinking its worth 60 bucks
Even if he sold it for 50 he only paid 60 for locker
that would depend entirely on how powerful the computer is.
Oof
Did somebody say, "a used Windows 8 laptop with a button missing."?
nice unit, i would lover to get your prices, GL keep going
I came from safiya's video and now i'm suscribed uwu
I was shocked looked on Amazon that jar opener sells new for 140
I'm curious if you find stuff in a storage unit that seems especially sentimental, such as family photo albums or journals, do you try and get that to the owner?
I SERIOUSLY DOUBT IT, anyone that buys a storage unit does NOT give a damn about people's feelings
do you need a license or something to attend the auction?
Awesome locker! And for $60.00! Cha-ching!
Yep, your right, to my surprise jar openers sell for $80-$130
Where do you sell the items?
How do I find you in eBay?
How can I find you on eBay
Rabbit, you rock!
thanks for another good video
Thanks cool stuff 👍
1:19 Listen he's not lying. It goes for about $77-120.
Nice buy man new supporter here. Looks like a great unit for that price that’s all day man where do you usually sell most of storage unit items ?
Most items get sent straight to local auction companies.

Really Kool great find the jar opener
$45 new on ebay
saw one for $18...
$40 for a futon frame? Where I live, you can grab one free any Saturday morning by checking by Craigslist curb alert.
Looks like Land Fill filler to me. A lot of work for a little money. My margins are higher than that but I still enjoy your vids.
Fun to watch but you are right. Its crap. You can do better buying stuff at Goodwill and reselling it.
Where do you sell the big stuff?
He has warehouse sales sometimes.

Can't get into it it's missing the key LOL you make some good funny
That jar opener is fantastic. If you can't get a lid off, that surely will remove it. I actually won one.
yo who stole my laptop and put it in there the hell

Well, the video did go viral. Now they all want a viral video lol
Ebay solds: $40-$50 on that jar lid opener....
He only bought it for 60 DALLARS
A *jar opener?* My word, what will they think of next? 🙄
Great for the elderly and disabled people. I got one for my grandma awhile back

It’s not about where, it’s about when. 2018 lol

You'll likely net ten bucks an hour with no benefits.
I would be interested in buying the laptop for $50
100 bucks for that laptop, it 50-60 and in that condition itd be 40
id be disappointed in this one
i could use the foot locker by it's self

Shoes worth thousands
No Gloves..
That laptop is about $20....
Yeah, that sad HP laptop is a $25 item at best, especially with no AC supply, and it looks to be in terrible shape.
Big heavy textbook- $300
Did u reported to the police. the remain you found
有就好了總比沒有好啊
Dass not what its worff 😁😆👌✌ where's the Hotwheels
"Remains of the previous owner" sounds like you found the dead body of the previous owner lmao
I thought the same. Lol
They put as little money as posdible building them storage units😂
Nothing is going on!!
Keep telling yourself you're going to make your money back. hehehe
I'll give u $80 for it
That’s not what’s it worth 😆
You will not get that type of money... for that item.. Seriously!!
Christopher Anderson which item?
Lmao over pricing much

Not all laptops are created equal
Resale Rabbit I know dude. But old ones aren’t worth much.
I just see a $60 loss. You got a bunch of junk. What did you end up making off of this?
A loss? There's 60 dollars of used shoes in that footlocker. lol
Love these inflated prices 😂
I love your videos bro but don’t turn into someone that says you’re gona get at least 50 for a shitty futon frame
I don’t see why I can’t. I’ve sold the same futon with a mattress for $100 before.
This looks like a such a pain to deal with this much junk
No pain no gain.

Bunch of junk.
I would leave negative feedback if you sold me something like that as new
The can opener? Certainly looks to be in "like new" condition
Why? The opener IS new. You can see that it has never been taken out of the box or its cover bag.
DrMario Pepper what difference will it make where he got it from if it’s what you need and relatively in good condition?
