hi friends :) I’ve been spending the last few months in Serbia reconnecting with my ancestral homeland (lol) and spent the past week at my cousins apartment in Budapest!! So grateful for this experience, it was so fun to explore and see Budapest - I would definitely recommend checking it out
When I see a new city, I really love to check out the thrift stores, coffee shops and parks, it’s just my way of acquainting myself with a city. I’m not much of a sight seer, it just doesn’t do it for me. I would much rather spend a slow morning drinking coffee, journaling or reading a book, walking the streets and seeing the beauty in the mundane parts of the city :)
Going to thrift stores while travelling is so much fun for me, i don’t always buy because obviously I have limited space, but it’s more the sport of it that i enjoy
