4:39 I feel you with getting blood drawn in one week I had to go to 3 separate places before they could actually get my blood drawn and find my veins. I also got diagnosed with hashimotos (autoimmune thyroid) that week. On top of that I hate getting blood drawn and I agree the hands hurt the worst.
