- Today zmoT's takes on the Boom Beach Resource Bases using smokey zooka (smooka) tactics. Typically this is a BAD idea as it raises your VP, wastes your time and gold but we're going to push forward anyways in the name of #donttouchtheboat
► Trying our best to not touch the #boombeach resource boat. Unlimited capacity and can't be raided!
We'll use Bullit but Brick and Battle Orders works just as well. Great practice for shocking Pvt. Bullit with his Taunt.

About time we got the follow up supply boat collection. I haven’t touched mine since January. 😀
I took all my resource bases about a year ago. I moved the outpost to the front and kept taking them back. Eventually everyone gave up. Now I lose a resource base once every 2-3 months which I take back right away and the other person moves to someone else.
I'm terrible at it. Only just started making a real effort. Hopefully I can stick to it! Envious of your self control!

Great stuff there. Love to see the fails too. I like to beach the resource base HQ and then line up all the turrets at the back all sorted by type. Kinda fun to then crush their base if they rearrange it, but I do have a few that we just trade back and forth packing the whole Island with turrets.
Well 1 point you proved is that they are good practice for shocking bullit against crowded cores.
Personally I found out that the more you take them back the less you lose them. I had times when I was re gaining 3-4 resource bases every day and now it's like 1 year that I get at most 1 contest a month.
I know they are useless but I think it's a bit of OCD that wants me to have a full blue map when I finish my map clears.
It's also funny indeed to watch enemies wipe their tmeds to take them when I just warrior bullit and get them back with 0 losses.
The weird resource base beach is also on some mega crab stages.

I already captured all resource bases even if i am still on level 60 and my vp is 500 so i am pushing for vp only
The WORST thing about resource bases is: they can stop you from Booming.
If, when you start the app, another commander is attacking one of your resource bases you will get the “Your base is under attack please wait 5 minutes” message

I don’t think I have clicked the boat since it became unlimited. I keep it there in case I ever need gold... which I seldom do.

I haven't touched my resource boat for months and months now. It is great if I need raw crystals for loot to trade with the trader for something useful.
For us low level players who keep getting matched with players that have doom cannons and grapples while im struggling to get level 4 tanks these resource bases are very much needed.
If you were to join one of our task forces we'd be happy to show you a far easier way. Resource bases are basically never the answer.
Anon Moose im in a task force that does very well every operation. 90% we win but im level 40 and always find myself matched with level 47+ who have defences i just cant take down quick enough. What are the task force names btw...
Check the description. I’ll guarantee if you’re willing to listen and try you’ll be able to take down level 47+ easily within 2 weeks of joining us. Also the tf you’d be joining wins 100% of the time.
It is funny some resource based I have I have the same player taking it back from me and I have one that simply sits untouched and it is a level 3 difficulty lol.nice video It is so tempting to touch that resource boat, but comes in handy when you haven't touched it for awhile. I know playing the game at a low level the trader is very generous It is nice that her rewards go beyond your storage capacity limit.
Some resource bases are yours and never contested, they’re the same for everyone :)

You need Resource bases at HQ6 & 9 because you can get a stone and iron resource base then before you get the Quarry and Iron Mine, plus even after because those are low level.
Taking resource bases makes sense, wasting time and resources fighting over them does not.
My account I've fought over 1 resource base for around a year. lol. I'm all offense and keep my VP around 1350 VP. That is the only 1 that I haven't had for a long time. Buddy that I go against uses boosted Tmed, I take it back everytime with warriors not boosted😂 I thought he would've given up by now. He doesn't go as often as he used to. I think he is finally starting to get the point. lol.
Haha I love it. Curious to see who takes one back. I’m sure they assumed I gave up. Now to make them cry!
I played some 5 years ago and probably played for 1-2 years and just started again.
Had a inactive lv59 HQ20 base lol.

I love attacking resource bases! Sadly there’s only one other player whose willing to play with me. He uses tanks and loses many of them every time, I use warriors and rarely lose any. A while back I had a guy who I went back and forth with for over a year maybe two, it was fun watching him start out with tanks and then he started trying to copy my attacks, he was crap at first but after a few months he got better with warriors. Then one day, I took that base and he never took it back. Their name was written with Chinese characters so I don’t even know his or her name. I just hope they’re doing well and enjoy a long and prosperous post Boom Beach life.

Everyone playing against you gave up :) Bases get refreshed on a cycle. Suddenly someone new will take 3 of them after months of inactivity.
Anon Moose btw stop worrying about your atacks i prefer to see them raw because when you only make perfect attacks it is not that enjoyable to watch because it is like a repetitive thing

So, if this is true would you not hit the cap on your storages? What's the point of not collecting the resources if your storages get capped? Or do you spend them then refill again with the boat?

Attack: Beginning an attack costs a certain amount of Gold that depends on your Experience level.
