Indeed, there are three main reasons: Identification of Knowledge gap, developing conceptual framework and developing theoretical framework.

Hi Amgad, I greet u with all due respect, I have been given an assignment by my lecture where I have to gather/find 15 articles regarding " internal recruitment strategies" and critically argue them in the literature review. I find it quite difficult. I also need to come up with my own question for the topic. may I ask ,what question would you give for this topic? (internal recruitment strategies) thank u so much.

Wow!! You took 3 second of the content and decided to be salty about it instead of focusing on the main idea of the video!! Great!
LOL ... I just listened to this and realised all he says at the start is "in the name of God, most merciful, most gracious" and then says "peace to prophet Muhammed". Now I don't think there is anything wrong with the first part because in all religions God is considered to be merciful and gracious as for the second part I find it normal, the man simply says Peace to Muhammed, he doesn't say "let's kill all Christians" or "to hell with Jews" or "let's murder all Hindus" so I think you should have asked what does he says then you would react negatively based on that but I find it pretty irrelevant and even normal.
