I love the way he felt the music and reacted to it. Its easy to see its a pleasure for him and not just an after school activity. Hes got music in his blood. Love it!!
It was almost like watching Amadeus perfect Salieri's music. It was amazing watching this young boy play and learn about other ways of playing. Love watching your videos.
So kind of you to show love to that child. The mama seemed more concerned about her stupid phone instead of paying attention to her children. I love how the boy pushes away his brother for trying to steal his attention.
Brendan, the eleven year old was intently watching and absorbing your every stroke of the keys .. Watch his hands simulate your playing .. It's a great display of youthful enthusiasm, a spark may have lit a fire today with his introduction to Boogie-Woogie .. Congrats mate !
Hey man that was great! Your music echoes through my day and makes me smile. I can see the sun in a dark and cloudy sky. I am sure a lot of people will feel the same. 👍
This young guy is digging this boogie woogie music ALMOST as much as me.I live in America and WE NEED THIS BOOGIE WOOGIE TO COME HERE...I FREAKING LOVE IT.....KEEP IT UP , I AM GETTING TO KNOW ALL OF YOU IN JUST THIS MY FIRST DAY TO WATCH THESE VIDEOS..my Dad was great on the piano and Jerry Lee Lewis was his fav........I AM A HUGGEEE FAN.....Dr.K you are phenomenal with everyone you encounter....much love!!!
I just love how you allowed him to think he was teaching you something then you showed him how you could adapt it. That was really nice of you. I was thinking of the first song you played as he was playing his first song because it sounded similar. It was great to catch your first part live on Facebook as it notified me today as I never have. Unfortunately I could only listen to the first few minutes but glad I did.
Sheer unadulterated joy! The power of music transcends nearly everything and makes us all glad to be alive and enjoy it in all it's many forms. Thank goodness for such outstanding musicians like Brendan that encourage and inspire all age groups with their total mastery of their instrument. Makes people realise what can be achieved with practice, perseverance and passion! Sheer privilege to watch and listen too.
Смотрю эти видео чисто по эмоциям детей и других. Когда они попадают в такт буги вуги - счастья прям прет из глаз)))) спасибо за то тепло и уроки которые вы даёте людям и особенно детишкам
Great job Brendan, with regard to children, the most valuable experience is to be exposed to different genres to expand their minds. Well done! Hopefully this talented child will think outside of the box. All creativity comes from thinking outside the box. Best wishes to Stephan a kid with passion, a prerequisite for greatness, and for Brendan for encouraging it!
With all the great and impressive halls of music throughout the world and the lifetimes spent mastering instruments, none of it justifies the arts any more than what Brendan does in these videos. All of the achievements in music began because someone in the past wanted to make the people around them feel good. This guys ability and motivation to do that is what I admire and envy about him.
I really enjoyed playing the piano with you. The cameraman stared at me. It was me because the cameraman had a green dress on. Best day ever. Ps my name is Stephen not Steven.
you notice how the kid dances we he revamps the kids favorite song to play, that struck something in him that made him loosen up. these are amazing to watch i love seeing people genuinely feel music, i think its cause this brendan guy playing with feel otherwise known as SOUL
Brendan I love the patience you have for the kids to teach them new styles! Keep it up, I enjoy listening to these & more! Love from me now in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa 🇿🇦
Just a thought. It might be a little tough being Stephen's younger brother. Having a talented older sibling is not a bed of roses for the younger sibling who throughout childhood is always a couple of years older.
The younger boy was actually quite impressed in the beginning, but the older boy pushed him away more than once. I've seen this many times. I once had a big brother...been there and done that.
If only we could see the boy's piano teacher's face when he asks her to teach him Boogie woogie lol.
Great video!!!!
"Don't bash the piano!"
or the boogie woogie styled fur elise lol😂
Dr. K, I love your interaction with children you encounter on the public pianos. Showing them how fun playing the piano can be.
Agree
you gave that child the confidence to go way beyond where he thought he could go on piano.
I love the way he felt the music and reacted to it. Its easy to see its a pleasure for him and not just an after school activity. Hes got music in his blood. Love it!!
You have just changed someone's life. For the better.
Love how he interacts with children and encourages them. Awesome.😘
How refreshing to see the young ones playing. We need to keep them interested. Thanks for your constant interest in our youth. 😊👍🥰
This here shows that music transcends time, age, race, and religion. It’s a universal way to bring people together.
Well said!
It was almost like watching Amadeus perfect Salieri's music. It was amazing watching this young boy play and learn about other ways of playing. Love watching your videos.
I loved to see that little boy burst into dance as the rhythm pierced his soul :-) Wonderful!
That's our nephew! We love it when he plays piano
Thank you
I don't know you
He.ll never be the same.e again....
Boggy woggy
love the transition from: some of it's wrong ---> dancing
Young lad has a future, You can tell the next lesson he’s going to learn some boogie woogie!! Hope to see him back playing some.
Who could not love Kavanagh? He brings a huge amount of joy and new experiences to people. So cheerful, so easy with people.
I loved it when the boy had to dance!!! That is a musician!!
So kind of you to show love to that child. The mama seemed more concerned about her stupid phone instead of paying attention to her children. I love how the boy pushes away his brother for trying to steal his attention.
Love it when he dances with it!
Me too ☺️
The way your brother covers his is a sign of Aspergers Syndrome
God Bless Dr.K spreading the GOSPEL OF GROOVE to the youths!
He’s playing well. The wee lad obviously enjoys playing so I suspect we may have the next Brendan on our hands
Did you notice the red shoes? The next Terry

Hi I'm a old classmate of this eleven year old, I would not be praising him now as he has done some horrible things
@@Geto7389 Really like what
I was dying at 1:40 when what I supposed his little brother told him “now that’s better than you”
Good job Brendan. It looked like the older lad was really into the whole vibe. This is how Boogie woogie will live on.
Hey man that was great! Your music echoes through my day and makes me smile. I can see the sun in a dark and cloudy sky. I am sure a lot of people will feel the same. 👍

The spontaneous dancing to Brendan`s boogie was fantastic keep it up Stephen ! it was fab !

You cannot help but to smile, move your body, and bob your head when the boogie starts.

You rock, Dr. K! Say hi to Terry for me.

Fantastic!
Just a thought. It might be a little tough being Stephen's younger brother. Having a talented older sibling is not a bed of roses for the younger sibling who throughout childhood is always a couple of years older.
"Now that's better than you". Priceless.
The younger boy was actually quite impressed in the beginning, but the older boy pushed him away more than once.
I've seen this many times. I once had a big brother...been there and done that.
Me too 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yup. And I could be the same way. And still am sometimes and am over 60. I'm little brother to 3.
Little brother needs a "dont bash the piano" t-shirt
Yes I thought their would be more comments about little brother. He is unimpressed by brother and Dr. k
Btendan Kavanagh is a teacher first then a performer so he knows how to interact with chikd3ren and all age groups. Been following him for years.
Cute Boys, topically sibling interaction. Funny!!!🤭❤️💜🇺🇸🇩🇰📬🇬🇧
That must be Brendan’s mini me. Well done 👍
“Now that, is better than you!”
Will be top comment.
But his skill is putting the luggage handle up and down, lol

The little brother so excited n wanted to join in
Love it :)
Brilliant thanks ☘️
so cute. He immediately had to dance
That boy has a lot of personality!!
Strikes me as a young Terry, wish him the best
He's off again loved the boys reaction.
Him shoving his little brother out of the way.. priceless
Just brilliant 👏👌😀
For the regular viewers, the audience is very important, catch the people stop by and their reaction. A note for the cameraman or camerawoman.
This is crazy fun and awesome
Love little brother!
You never heard it before?! Unbelievable ! :))))) ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Cheeky little brother: "Now that's better than you!" 😋
And "you might break it!" - don't bash the piano!
That's what little brothers are there for :p
Trust me, as a little brother to a big sister, I know the rules :D
he got pushed after that..
@Hello Ross how are you doing
Love how he pushes his little brother out the way :D
