Unfortunately, the Hall of Shame looks down on any band that played Hard Rock and Metal and was popular with the masses. Even when they do let a band like SABBATH, KISS, VAN HALEN or RUSH in, they make them wait decades sometimes before letting them in. You get some one hit wonders and many who aren't even consider Rock voted in yet NUGENT, SCORPIONS, IRON MAIDEN to name just a few, and it's crickets at the Hall, their not interested.

So glad I grew up in the 70's and 80's. Been buying HARD ROCK and HEAVY METAL since 1976 when I bought my first 8-track tape of KISS ALIVE, and a few months later bought Ted Nugent first solo album, been buying music since.
