There is no way that is 400 meters..the pace is too slow..Benzo ran '400 meters' in 52 secs, but his 80meter is already 10.6 seconds. Do the math, it means he needs to achieve the same consistent speed throughout the entire '400 meters', which is not possible. If you compare his pace between the 80 meter race and the '400 meters' race, his legs are clearly moving much slower. Debunked.
yep in order to run 52s for the 400, his 200 has to be low 23s and that also means that his 100 needs to range from 11.2-11.7 depending on the athletes performance level (many factors play into this) and yea from the video can alr tell that he is def not on pace for a 52 at all. ive been to many competitions and 52s def did not look like that but respect still goes to all of them for their efforts into the making of this video!! :)

No it's actually quite far off our national record of 47 seconds!

yeah it seems like they ran shorter.. if you look at the pace, it doesn't look like 52s
idk what it is but that did not look like 52s at all. im a 100m/200m sprinter aspiring to rep sg (its going very well - currently waiting for the next competition to run a solid time to make it to both u20 n nats team but they keep postponing cuz covid) but i have ran the 400m before and 52s is a pace that really takes quite a bit of training to achieve. but hey respect still goes to benzo and the rest of the wahbanana team.
besides, 52s for the 400 is p average in the track world esp in sg. yes its fast but def not fast enough to rep sg. i would say 49ish at least to be in the national team.
