Well done mate for a great effort. I used to live in London and remember the old route masters well. My local bus was the number 6 from Kensal Rise to Hackney Wick. Used to get it to school and go down town. Keep up the good work
That last single decker was an AEC. Hard to believe they were still going throughout the 1970s and even ran alongside Mercedes Mark IIs like the first bus shown. The Leylands with that body design remained in ever dwindling numbers even longer until about 1983/84.
