I have had this throttle hang after a reflash. Do a throttle relearn and I guarantee it will fix it. I replaced a throttle body twice thinking that would fix it and it was just a relearn I was not doing. Driving it around will relearn it or just a snap-on scanner.
Good tip!
100%
Throttle relearn seems to fix it
You my friend might have solved my issue on my 6th Gen
@@Thebamerx98 I see it so much! Glad it helped
@@DGGarage I wasn't so lucky still having a throttle hangup, having a hell of time with Prayperformance the back and forward is brutal. Its over a week for a simple reply let alone a update.
I would have tried the first tune in. Just because it gets limited in neutral it may have been really good with a load on it
Set increasing rate limit to disable. Then set the predicted to max. That will help with throttle response and not limit you.
I have gathered some info here and there just to be clear doing what you said should allow me to get the throttle to open 100%percent if I wanted to right but at the same time it won't force it to open 100% unless I max the driver demand torque tables right will this act like let's say voltage and allow me to get to the max throttle opening if I ask it to through my driver demand tables or did I miss something out ?
You ever get this figured out? I’d really like to get rid of the throttle delay on my 15 Sierra with HP and don’t want to buy a pedal commander
Sounds like what’s happening with mine but milder. No tune on 10mm (65mm to 75mm) larger throttle body throwing wrench light 3 times before Check engine light & limp mode
Disable the Increasing Torque Rate Limiter. Even if it is Enabled, you can adjust the values on the Safety settings at the bottom. The reason for the laggy pedal response by the manufacture is because of traction control system. Maxing out the values reduces effectiveness due to the system not being able to keep up with the instant high torque demands. Also, maxing out the decel will increase engine braking, which could cause sudden drive wheel lock up which could be bad for a truck. 😁
Hello there i have a 2014 chevy cruze non turbo that I installed a turbo kit all custom and built the engine. Im having problems with the TB only open to 58% max also i can't change the virtual torque tables they are locked. Any help would be highly appreciated
Can you tell me what parameters are used to determine Delta Torque in the column label? Also since this is a Rate Limit I would expect to see a time function but don't see anything. How do you know what the rate is? (I see missing times in several Rate parameters throughout the HPT templates. Is there somewhere to find this info? HPT was mute on this.) Thanks
Do you have the park-neutral rpm limit still at 4k?
would you be willing to put this tune for 2015 Silverado on the hp tuners Repository site? would love to compare my file to something like this.
Ho i have a 5.3 engine dbc..i have running promplems..idles well but when i go to rev dies .can you help with it?the engine is fresh rebuild
Do you have a throttle limit video for gen 4?? I need to get mine to open faster. It doesn't wake up till about 3000 RPM
Love the vid
I don't even have a Driver Demand tab, running the latest beta and Gen5 LSA. Any ideas?
I had to send a message to hptuners and they fixed it and sent out a new beta version
Are you hitting the P/N limiter?
Good question! I didn't think of checking that, I'll give it a look. I don't think so as it's the predicted torque that is limiting it.
Da coconut tree
I have question plz can I run ls1 stock ecu with alpha n ?
Not that I know of
Yes, efi live has a COS.
