How do you preserve the foam lining on these boxes? Or replace them?
That's a good question, but unfortunately I don't have a specific answer for you. I've seen in many instances where collectors simply remove the foam altogether, which is something I'll probably end up doing as well.
What is the value on a pair of these? With and without the box?
Really depends on supply and demand like anything else - and condition - but I believe a pair in like-new condition with the original box + matching serial number would easily sell for more than 1K.

So small barely cover your eyes
It really depends on the look you want to go for. In my case, they still provide adequate coverage even though they're not nearly as large as many Oakleys produced in recent years.
