@brokenupbeat Nah, What he is saying is to find your own niche, but still have your idols, inspiration, etc. It's like how Ye idolized Jay, Diddy, Cudi, etc to find himself. It is easy to watch people and be like "damn, I wish I came up with that", but it is more beneficial to think "I wonder what I can do to make this impact". I'm still trying to find my place in this big ass world and I'm failing, but it's cool to watch throwback vids of visionaries to see how far they've came.
