I'm watching season 4 and love the adventures! I love the competition but Gordon makes it more than winning. The folks he visits to learn about ingredients brings out the best in his curiosity. And at final cook off, Gordon brings out the best in other chefs. Everyone wins at the end.
I watched the episode in Jordan, Maria gave Gordon, to try, hummus and another sauce but I don't remember the name, does anyone knows? I would like to try them as she did 😢
To stop all the tourist for hours in front of the Petra for Gordon to cook???? That's a lot of effort! Jordanian are very friendly people! I wish he inveestige how the Bedouin cook meat underground with tier tray, it's the main attraction at the Wadi Rum camp night follow by dancing!
