1) Over 75 Minions were used for the production
2) All the face animation and blinking was done in camera, with replacing the Minion with another Minion with a different facial expression
3) Over 2 dozen bananas were used in the making of this movie
4) Minion Mayhem is one of my favorite rides at Universal Studios, and while my daughter and I were waiting in line for the ride is when I had the idea for this movie.
5) I have seen Despicable Me over 50 times
6) All the sets may look like LEGO but they are Mega Bloks.
