The Best Scuba Diving Mask for 20 Years
In 1999 I bought the TUSA TM-5700 Liberator Plus Scuba Diving Mask which I have now used for over 20 years on Scuba Diving and Snorkeling trips all around the world.
I highly recommend this mask which you can find on Amazon here:

And a great Snorkel to go with it here:

I used the same mask for years. Spent big bucks buying the Rona when it first came out yet I always came back to this one! Simple and dependable. My only issue now is after 20 years of owing mine the skirt is yellowing but that is no fault of the Tusa or the mask. Glad to see you can still buy this mask.

Yeah I was surprised you can still get it. Not that I need to. Mine’s still bulletproof. A bit of discolouration like yours but nothing serious.

Thank you for the suggestion. I recently purchase it and the snorkel you also recommended.

I own the same mask, I've only had it for about 2 years, I have been on countless dives in many different environments. I love the fit and quality, Of course I do take care of it with regular cleaning and using anti-fog, and have yet to find fault with it. Tusa, is under rated. I also own many other Tusa products and it's the same with the rest of my Tusa equipment. if I take care of it, it takes care of me.

Wow, I'm planning to buy Tusa Freedom HD in few months time. Hopefully, that mask will also last for 20 years like yours.

Chapstick works and is more handy than vasaline

Great video! Love it! I had a Tusa for my first ten years of diving until a DMT broke it for me. 😥

Yeah they really are great masks. What did you replace yours with?

@@WaterlineShorts A ScubaPro Frameless, which I still dive. Probably like you, I have a box of masks here, but keep going back to the same one. It fits, it works, why change?!

Does it have a nice field of view? I´m between this one and the freedom HD. I have a Mares Tempra since 1993, but I need more field of view by now. Nice review by the way!

Hey. Yes it's got a pretty decent field of view. I'm not sure which of these will have the best field of view though. I think you will probably not notice a huge difference to what you have now. The single lens on the freedom probably gives you a slight advantage but only in center vision and probably not the peripheral.

Yeah it’s a great mask. Old faithful. A bit like you always have a soft spot for your first girlfriend.
