When I was eating McDonald's off and on, I realized that it was something you have to eat regularly; went without eating it for a couple months, ate a McDouble and felt terrible. Got in a situation where I was always eating micky ds and I didn't feel nearly as bad. Its evil nasty stuff, and only habitual eaters like it. Mostly talking about the beef though.
