The problem is that most of your friends are not entirely truthful,they may have joined hamster previously but lied about there involvement. They most time delete the app thinking it's no longer registered. That's why when you send them links and they rejoined, it will not register on your friends list

Before u refer,make sure the person's Telegram is updated. It happened to me too but once I want to refer I tell u to update your Telegram
It's not up to 10, if you have 1- 9 , it will still show one , try to make it 10 friends and you get 10 referral symbol award.
