    Thats not the main benefit of intermittent fasting, its mainly due to restricts amount can eat. The fact that it supposedly uses fat stores as energy is bs. if you burn 2000 cals a day and are gunna eat 2000 cals a day it doesnt matter if you burn say 400 cals in the morning when fasted or in the evening because it will all equal out anyway. 2000-2000-400= -400 cals deficit or if burn 400 cals first its the same equation 2000-400-2000= -400, same deficit

      Could even be more susceptible of glucaneogenisis if doing this and using your muscle rather than fat like you suggest as fuel

      Not BS. Your body initiates important cellular repair processes and changes hormone levels to make stored body fat more accessible. A lot of opinions but of course on a whole, if you’re in a caloric deficit you’ll see substantial change.

      @@vfdida Ultimately it is BS. The only true benefit to IF is that it can help create a new sense of meal time over time, so eventually you'll only be hungry between hour X and hour Z. Caloric deficit does the fat burning. If you do IF but achieve maintenance level of calories, you'll burn exactly 0 fat. Are you soon going to do a video on how you can target belly fat?

      ColinCurran u can’t target body fat in a certain area, you have to burn overall body fat and loose fat on ur body not just your belly fat as no excersises will target belly fat

    When u intermittent fast, how long after workout can u eat the latest ?
    And are u allowed to have water throughout the day whilst fasting ?

    • @CCGamingTube
      @CCGamingTube Před 5 lety +2

      You can technically wait as long as you want. But intermittent fasting is pointless. And yes you can drink water.

      @CCGamingTube Před 5 lety +1

      @@omazyzzi4137 Well anything more than 3 days becomes dangerous, but you can technically go 3 days without eating food, as long as you eat the calories to make up for those 3 days. Fasting has no benefit other than meal timing and planning.

    How about you don't eat meat or dairy until dinner so you don't feel bloated before your workout as those foods take longer to digest. Also eat low fat and research dietary thermogenesis Kon.

      Fats are literally vital for nitrogen balance, hormone stability and keeping your body healthy.

    How re you training these people? Some of your knowledge is very poor. So far I'm 1 minute 33 seconds in, and you've said things that aren't entirely true. I'd love to discuss some things with you, but Shredded Sports Science is probably the best man for the job.

      2) Looking the part is irrelevant to knowledge.
      You can know how to look and achieve many certain goals within fitness, but you're only going to be able to look like 1 at a time. And not to mention that you could just lack discipline but still entirely know what you're doing and how to do things.
