They give full credit to the studios and only use the already released content. Hell, this isn't even a monetized channel so they're not getting $$$.
They want to control the discourse. No more critics, just trailers without context, and fabricated hype. Same stuff in the videogame industry. Don't think, just swallow the slop we're feeding you, you don't need to know whether it's good or bad.
I’m so glad that the video is back up! I had to watch it on Twitch the next day when I saw saw that it’d been taken down for the BS copyright claim.
@@Lultschful Video games has its own problems, especially when it comes to who gets review codes early or not at all but they are nowhere near as bad on this issue. They don't only allow people to make money from their trailers they let people put up their entire playthrough or multiple hour critiques with long-running footage.
I honestly thought Ashley was in her late teens/early 20s. She’s 37! She’s got a great energy.

Ashley Johnson is seriously one of the best voice actresses ever. I loved her performances as Ellie from Last of Us, Terra from Teen Titans, and Tulip and Lake from Infinity Train. I love how she manages to perfectly balance sweetness and vulnerability with intensity and badassness in each of her roles.
My son is 4 years old and he LOVES cars in general. This batmobile show will be totally his jam.

Lovely little explanation on Red State. I love that movie and the continious sense of dread is really well crafted, but never really noticed that it's the absence of any music that plays such a big part in that. Another interesting sound-movie, by the way, is a Canadian film from 2008 called PONTYPOOL.

I think they should have John Stewart be the main Green Lantern in the Justice League films and stand alone movies. Then they should have Hal Jordan lead and be the face of the Green Lantern show along with the other Lanterns that Marc listed. Have the show and the films crossover sometimes and share a universe but have two totally different tones.
Long time listener of this podcast, but also a huge Critical Role fan..this has been amazing for me.

I first saw Ashley Johnson in Marvel's Avengers and agree that her scene is one of the Highlights of the movie. When Last of Us first came out on PS3 i was like, "That's the girl from Avengers!"

Gaming and bands as a theme of the story resonates with me. I also liked the sound effects in Hot Fuzz of making a cup of tea. I also liked the soundtrack on Captain Marvel.

there was a Green Lantern Animated series in the early 2000s that someone on CZcams really liked, but they cancelled it because of the conflicting of rights for when the Ryan Reynolds GL movie came out
Green Lantern The Animated Series. I loved that one! It came out in 2011 around the same time the film and the Thundercats reboot came out.
I am so glad that DC kept the movies and TV separate. Even at its highest viewership, The Flash audience is a drop in the bucket when you think about movie audiences. To take that show and give it a $150M+ movie budget, then return it to the CW budget would have been ridiculous. Keep the earths separate until Flashpoint.
