One of my favorite Kobe games of all time, just cause it was basically a serious version of the all star game which you NEVER ever get, and what happens? Kobe takes over and hits the game winning shot.

Man, no one can watch this and say Kobe doesn't pass the eye test, there's just something about Kobe's game that no one else has. This is why he keeps crowning himself the GOAT, because of his superior stat lines. He just doesn't have the same drive to win, and doesn't understand the importance of it for the sake of legacy. Here are both in their primes, Kobe is the superior player.

Would have just come down to filling team roles. They already had a scoring forward with Melo and would have favoured Prince for his defense. They could have maybe taken him instead of a guard like Redd but Redd had experience playing with the guys on team USA before.

I’m also a like long lakers fan so there’s no player im picking over Kobe in my heart or for my team. However when it comes to all time rankings lebron objectively should be ranked above him. Come on mate the man has him every statistic (besides free throw shooting) in both the regular season and playoffs, also he bears him in individual accolades like mvps, finals mvps, and first team all nbas (which is why been your championship argument for Kobe doesn’t really work. Lebron technically has been the best player on more winning teams) another thing is lebron kind of owns the nba record books😂like it’s actually nuts.
