Why are the houses so close!!. I'm tried from going up and down the steps!!
This is not worth £1.33million/$1.45million. Lekki real estate is expensive for no reason. I could get a 4 bed house just outside of London with a good half acre of land for this price. Or a 5 bedroom luxury home with a proper pool in Las Vegas and most importantly NO ONE overlooking my property, like this one your neighbour can see all your business when you're trying to enjoy your pool. No thanks.
Not worth it in my opinion. A country with no security, no electricity, no water unless you have a borehole. No internationally accepted hospitals, grossly corrupt judicial system. Sub standard educational system... the list goes on. The house has no view or space to run around less you fall into the pool. My neighbors house is so close that we can even shake hands without leaving our buildings. So why again is the house costing that much?
My take exactly. They exacerbates prices to scare the average person that they can't afford such. N200m would even be too much of not for the location of the property.
The price doesn't worth it, the kitchen is absolutely zero for a 750M house., same as the bathroom.

Beautiful house but not worth the high price tag unless you have money to dispose. The sameness of the rooms, bathrooms and general areas with Black, Gray and White color theme is soon tiring and becomes industrial pretty quick. Nonetheless, good taking for those with easy money.
