That is really great recipes for raita. Now you have given me ideas on different improvisation with texture and flavours. On another note, on the East African Swahili coast we have an accompaniment for Pulao called "Kachumbari". It is a fusion of Indian, Arabic recipes. Could you look into it and maybe make some with your own twist. Thumbs up and thank you...!
