Would it be possible to make smaller molds that are less material intensive and smaller size. I’m in the city of Phoenix and I’m sure many clients would prefer smaller size curb options specially with my average install is about 80ft .. residential small properties in city

Lonnie, what is meant by "bridging".
Good question, it's where the material in hopper creates a bridge which doesn't allow it to go down to plunger.
Breaking the bridge is done with shovel poking in hopper.
It's a huge pain in the ass and slows production.
It's a major issue with all curb machines but most don't do anything to fix the problem or even work on it, they just keep sending out machines with obvious problems and short comings.
