The train (0:58) 2. Boathouse (2:23) 3. Train tracks (2:47) 4. Cemetery (3:06) For example: The train 1 Boathouse 7 Train tracks 3 Cemetery 5 that means your time is 17 : 35 (5:35PM). When you go to the location (4:24), you need to face the wall to the north (your map has a little white dot to help you). You know the rest. Have fun!
It's still worth it to use this outfit in online co-op because weeks ago, my friend and I wore the outfit; He recently got it and I told him to show off the takedown. Instead, the stealth takedown he did was very different; and it is NOT one of the regular takedowns. It's more of a hand to hand brutal takedown (stealth) that changed the appearance of an online ally's magic takedown. Yet again you see yourself doing the magical takedown in your screen but the screen of the other online player sees it differently. Still worth it.

Quick info pop after you find the second marker the shuffled starts stalking you. You can hear it in loading screens and it gets increasingly loader in gang territories (after you get the 3rd marker) especially if you start killing them. It's like the shuffler is cheering you on telling you to spill more blood.
He was a grumpy, gravel voiced vigilante that was solely focused on getting revenge. That's about it. Nothing other than that and wasn't anymore layers to the character. Funny moments were there like him getting arrested intentionaly, Joji asking if he was the pizza guy, but he was just boring. I hope we get more character out of him in the 3 game. By far my favorite is Wrench. Everything from his goofy perverted sense of humor to the back story of the mask he uses and almost broken or how the real Wrench shown through when being investigated by the FBI. Real weight was there for him. Just needed that for Aiden, but a little more positive to balance out his brooding vigilante lifestyle.
I've beat the game around it's launch, enjoyed my time with it, very much so got my money's worth. Did this and completed it. Then deleted the game since I needed storage and was done. Downloaded it again for old times sake and now I'm pissed bc I don't have the outfit, did most of the steps but anytime I take a picture no dialogue starts. So the game must know I have the damn thing :// but it doesn't show in my wardrobe.
Bro if it's not doing any dialogue then you might have to do new game. Once you do that it should but you to do at least the half the game first but it's not that bad though
Had the same exact issue, just follow the steps again, only without considering audio files; once the cutscene is finished, you'll get the notification of the outfit addition in your wardrobe, and everything returns as before. Just tested. No need to start a new game
@@rutgertalens394 I think it has more to do with devoted fans going through code and finding assets rather than doing the mission completely in the dark themselves. Even if someone was to find all the symbols and decode them as a military time, there's still little chance they would be able to find the final location on their own.
somethig I would love to have added in the game is the desmond hoodie for marcus as their universes are most likely the same but theres hasn't been any assassins creed content for watchdogs 2 unlike ghost recon

This outfit is giving me an infamous conduit vibe. Never wearing another outfit. The power also only works on non alerted enemies. If they see you it won't work. Searching or unaware are needed.

I used to avoid conflict - i would just send in the rc and quadcopter do what i have to then get out avoiding conflict unless I have to. but this is so satisfying to use and show off online that now I go hunting for enemies to stealth mangle. and the laptop bag with human skin stitched over it and the blood covered facemask looks nightmarishly awesome. thank you so much for sharing this discovery.

I think it depends on if your on selfie mode or not, it seems to use the direction the character model faces not the camera, so if your using the back camera it is where your facing, but if u use front camera its where marcus is facing, which is the opposite of the camera
I also went to the wrong set of walls. There are three sets, make sure you walk to the middle of the complex, not just go to the first set of blank walls because it looks like in the video
The takedown works on every body as long as you are still not detected or you could be detected by one guy but if you kill him with the take down before he alerts every one it still happens (tip) it works best with the system crash with the upgrade because it reduces line of sight

you can change your footwear and your eye accessories though, the takedown works even without the barefoot and no glasses.

Whenever I went to the final spot the clock would speed up and stop me from getting it
When you start to connect with someone online one players time will stop while the other speed up to put you both at the same time.

The takedown works on every body as long as you are still not detected or you could be detected by one guy but if you kill him with the take down before he alerts every one it still happens (tip) it works best with the system crash with the upgrade because it reduces line of sight
