    It's not just new Orleans it's Louisiana I move 2 years ago best decision I made in my life I never thought I would be doing this good in life

    People are moving in from other states willing to pay higher rent than the natives of New Orleans . And also a lot of people from out of town are coming in buying property and raising rent prices because they consider everything “historical “ . We need more home buyers who are OUR PEOPLE .

    This makes no sense. I can actually afford housing but I really feel for people who can not. It makes no sense. There is no reason why a person working full time can not afford at least a one bedroom apartment.

    Yes, rent is the size of a mortgage. Every Apt is priced as if it’s a condo.

    New Orleans as a whole is a “F”!
    That’s a filthy city all the way around with high crime!

      She said you can’t even talk about crime until you address the housing situation. Only one issue at a time there no multi tasking. Sounds some people need to move.
