Hello mam if you are reading this please answer 🙏,i tested myself with 5 different manufacturers hiv rapid test kits(Trustline 3rd &4th gen,Abbott bioline,Oscar ,sd biosensor standard q)at home with finger pricked blood after possible sexual exposure eight years ago,tested with appropriate 40 test kits and result came negative every time,so mam is this result Conclusive?Do I need to test further?having symptoms like weekness, burning sensation in body,thighs,legs,hands,pain and aches anywhere,low mood is this symptoms related to hiv?
Hi Ma'am, I need your expert advice please After possible exposure i took DNA PCR hiv 1 in 78,94,110 Result: Not detected I took RNA PCR detection on 110 days :Result not detected I took 4th generation on 78,88,94,105,110,120,126 days : Result all negative But when i took western blot on 126 days :Result all band negative only P24 is week band seen After that i quickly took HIV Viral load RNA PCR quantitative : Result was not detected Please help why western blot comes intermediate with P24 week band is it because of covid vaccine or I am seroconverting ? My 4 times PCR is negative after window period viral load is also negative and all 4th generation is also negative . Please suggest Ma'am
@arun chaudhary what is your status now ? I hope all is fine and the level of things i have read till now is that western blot and Elisa methods are not that much correct and the false positives are most common in these methods the nucleic acid tests are more accurate then anything else

Hi mam, i have done tested for HIV DNA PCR qualitative on 78,94,110 2)I have done HIV RNA PCR qualitative on 110 days 3) I have done HIV2 qualitative PCR 4) i have done 78, 88,94,105,110,120 4th p24 and antibody test 5) I have done rapid test on 32 and 64 days 6) P24 detection All test are negative. Please mam do I know to retest at 6 month? How much percentage i am safe ?

Mam if small amount of blood someone mixed or mistakly fall in my soup which was not hot and i drink that soup after 30-50 minutes can hiv spread??

Window period is 3 months generally if u hav covered then no need

@@abhishek207001 tested after 24 week in Dr lal with 4th generation and viral load it was negative only.
