    Problem with the law is that if the person who sold you a car that has problems, if the person has a P.O. Box and no address, the courts will not have jurisdiction.

      @sholday Před 10 měsíci +1

      this what chat gpt said "While it's true that jurisdictional issues can be complex and may pose challenges in some cases, the absence of a physical address alone does not necessarily mean that the courts will lack jurisdiction. The specific circumstances of the case and applicable laws will determine whether the court can hear the case.

    I noticed something about this. I understand the consumer laws related to this. This guy had a 750 credit score. That’s good, and a few people on CZcams done the same thing to get a car using the law with a 700 credit score. Yes he didn’t get approved at first but I believe your 700+ helped you in the long end. You didn’t walk in with a 500 or 550 credit score. I need someone who has done it with a low credit score using these laws.

    Considering the 1933 US bankruptcy, fiat banking, de facto usurpation of the de jure Republican form or government and other Color of Law schemes of the legalese society, perhaps do a lecture on how to find true remedy aka discharge of debt whereas the only valuable consideration given is the signature of the true creditors, we, the people. Whereas all property vests in the state and whereas all debt is an obligation of the UNITED STATES, perhaps be honest and teach truth. Perhaps how one can be in the Private and handle all affairs in Equity.

    MARITIME JURISDICTION
    Van Deurzen v. Yamaha Motor Corp. USA, 276 Wis. 2d 815 (Wis. Ct. App. 2004)
    ....🔑 Dicta
    Maritime law is a matter of subject matter jurisdiction. In 28 U.S.C. § 1333(1), Congress gave federal district courts exclusive subject matter jurisdiction over civil cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction, except that state courts retained concurrent jurisdiction to the extent that they would otherwise have provided a remedy for the suitor. Thus, unless Little Lake Butte des Morts was a navigable waterway for purposes of maritime law, this case involved no maritime tort. The trial court therefore had no concurrent maritime jurisdiction and had no authority to apply maritime substantive law to this case, even if the parties so requested.

      There are a lot of scams out there about this! The crappy thing about that is there is millions if not billions of $$ out there that is held by our government, they call it surplus funds. It can be from someone that lost their home to a foreclosure or a tax lien and their house was auctioned off (whatever the house gets auctioned for, if it’s more then then the person owed, that person is owed that money), or could be from taxes you are owed, or insurance claims paid out that you didn’t realize you were getting it. There are a bunch of different ways you could be owed money. That money is held by the government and they post a list every month for each state of everyone owed money. Most people don’t know about it or they have run into nothing but scammers trying to steal their money, that people don’t think it’s really a thing!! Like the sites online telling you to put your information in because you might be owed money… you can get call your state and find out how to get a copy of their list and they should be able to point you in the right direction. But regardless there is a lot of people out there owed money.
