If you pvp in field/nodes/siege/bsun a lot, yeah it is nice! Also if you want to have it, just to finish accessories, yeah you can buy it. It procs when you are using it. Whats best about it, it is the invincibility that you gain for some seconds! Can save you in tough situations!
The pvp damage tho is good. I remember VK had around 1:30 cd for bs skill. She was broken back then. So not sure if it needs buff. I would say they need to fix the accuracy of the skill and fix some animations from old classes to make easier to damage and use. Cd imo is okish!

@@phobiobdm for old bosses its easy full atk, i do it everytime, but for new 3 i use some def 2-3,bcs very hard to avoid all damage
Yeah, they had a patch that made the old bosses easier. But i meant challenge full attack the new bosses. Like tiger. Bird is easy.
