when sampling for metals in a sample, what does it mean when the artax program shows k12 and l1 for the elements detected?
For EDX, why does it require gold sputtering on the sample surface in the first place?
This is just a color of the samples that represent Cu. EDXRF technique doesn’t require any gold sputtering on the sample surface.
