Love the layout of your home; comfy cozy and a lot of natural light. Last year you showcased a quilt you made from a Cory Yoder kit, it was a mix of panels and blocks. I loved it so much I bought the kit but I’ve yet to make it. You’re very good at keeping in a theme so everything looks nice together. I’m all over place, I wish I’d pick a “look.”

Yes, the quilt is called Square Dance and was a free pattern from the quilt store offered long ago. I have been trying see if I can find a version online to share.

You always have nice gifts for your friends. I just went to my quilt group Christmas party and wish I had thought of a lint roller. A lint roller would have been a nice little extra to put in the package. I love hanging my quilts on the wall but I make a sleeve on the back. I was told that the clips leave marks on the quilts. I recently got a wine rack to roll up my table runners and display them. It real cute but only holds 6. I need to get a bigger one. I saw it in Kim Diehl’s Simple Whatnots 2 book. I always come away with a tip or idea after watching your videos.

I have nine curtain rods for hanging quilts. I also have six dowels with hooks for hanging smaller wall hangings. I have alot of quilts I inherited from my mother besides ones I made. I try to change them out regularly. It gives me an excuse to make more. 😃

Hi , do you mind telling me what the pattern is for your embroidery Santa quilt you have hung up? I would love to make it
Lorie, I did not have a pattern. I first embroidered the Santa faces. I used embroidery transfer from Martha’s pattern transfers I got at Hobby Lobby and then sashed them and put a border around the it.
