Homemade Chicken Oil l KusinaMotto

Chicken fat is noted for being high in linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid.
So try I made this chicken oil by extracting the fat from the chicken skin, very easy and you can also make.
Ingredients:
2 kg chicken skin
1 thumb size Ginger cut strips
Salt
1 tsp. Anato powder mix with little water
