调味料：黑酱油3汤匙、酱油1汤匙、糖1汤匙半、料酒1汤匙、麻油1汤匙、胡椒粉1/2茶匙、葱头香油3汤匙
做法：
1。腊肠和梅香咸鱼放入蒸笼蒸20分钟，取出腊肠去皮切片备用
2。4杯香米洗净加入4杯水放入瓦煲里煮
3。瓦煲饭里的水滚后煮大约3-4分钟后加入腌好的鸡块和腊肠盖好瓦煲中火继续煮
4。5分钟后转至小火烧瓦煲边至每一边后关火焗10-15分钟
5。15分钟后打开盖，加入调味料，大火烧2分钟，加入葱花即可上桌
*食用时饭搅拌匀即可，配上蒸熟的梅香咸鱼吃更美味
