The third round probably went a little stray because it got damaged when it jumped out of the mag and got busted into the receiver. OUTSTANDING hand load Tim.
I was just thinking that.
Was about to comment the same thing!
Yeah that tip def got bent a bit.
I think I've worked out Tim's recipe, I'm getting the same accuracy in a Howa 1500 Varmint. 37.5gr of H414 seated to 2.4" with a CCI primer.
@@practicalnottactical what brass? Mine is a Weatherby Vanguard varmint special. made by Howa. should be similar accuracy.
WTW: That's good shootin..... Tim: Your quite a friend. Good loads...
That's cool Tim !!!!
I've been handloading the Sierra BlitzKing for many years & find them to be an outstanding bullet. Accurate & explosive on varmints & coyotes. Work well in .222, .223, & 22-250 for me. Can't ask more of a load than one that gives half MOA groups & delivers a devastating hit when it gets there. Shoutout to Tim for a job well done. And good shooting WTW. 👍
Ty !!
Tim R...where you located? I need some of these for my Cascade!
CVA needs to see this. WTW makes the team and so does Tim. Outstanding.
That's the goal for a hand loader. To me that's what makes it fun/worthwhile. Same hole groups are more fun.
Absolutely!!!
From a HOME Town fellow: Remington's Custom Shop 22-250 load for accuracy " 33gn IMR 3031 and Seirra 52 gn Match" They GO THROUGH A SINGLE HOLE !!!
Dang! Even with that flyer that’s an incredible group.
Wish my “flyers” were a half moa off 😂
😆 🤣 😂
Not sure I can even call that a flyer 😂
@@masondick4851 normally, like 98% of other scenarios it wouldn’t be, but since the other rounds basically hit same hole & that one didn’t, by definition it’s a flyer. Lol.
22-250 is probably my favorite caliber
If there was ever a video in support of buying a CVA Cascade it’s this one. I’d be happy with that rifle and some match rounds.
Cva guns are great. Triggers are very nice
James Christy that’s the point I was making. I would be happy with that rifle and any kind of ammo let a lone special hand loads.
I didn't know cva made bolt action rifles, I thought they were all breach loaders. Thank you for teaching me something new. Great video, by the way.
Now owned and made by Bergara. The Cascade is half price Bergara that shots awesome.
As you said it, I did too, " those were the best shots and best group I've seen you shoot this year."
God one!
Groups like that can really put a smile on a rifleman's face. I shoot Sierra Blitzkings out of my 788 in .222 Remington, and get similar performance. It really likes H-4198 powder with Sierra bullets and CCI primers.
I bought my Rem 222 788 new in 72’. Always used IMR 4198 and Sierra Blitz back in the day. CanJar Trigger and Lee Six Glass stock. Rifle turns 50 this year. Could shoot dimes all day long with a 10x Lyman All American on top. Also have a 788 in 22-250 with less 100 rounds thru it. Had it for years and haven’t pulled the trigger on it. It is bedded with an 8x24 scope too. Should work well. I was hoping to see what powder used in the video.
Tim is the man, who-tee-who has the plan....Great shooting I know you were so excited to get those results you should have danced around. 🤣😂😆
It doesn't get much better than that👌👌 That's super impressive , now you have no excuse if you miss an animal 😉👍👍
You might want to purchase some more from Tim. Amazing group
Ohh yeahhh! I’m going to catch this one for sure! I hope you post the load data for the round and twist rate of the rifle.
I would like to know also. I have a 22-250. Love to learn what brass and powder load?
That's the reason I handload for all my rifles. It's truly amazing, with due diligence and great patience, the accuracy one can wring out of dedicated handloads for a particular rifle (or handgun). Nicely done, and hats off to you and your buddy Tim!
That first shot had me saying “wow!” out loud. Lol. I think my heart rate increased about 50 bpm after seeing the next 4 shots. INCREDIBLE group! Awesome video!!!!! 🎯 🇺🇸
I was hoping for a bullseye but can't say I was expecting it, I was amazed
I kept waiting for the full recipe, dang!
What a Gorgeous Rifle and one awesome group your getting to be Sniper qualified 👍🔥🦅
Very nice! I have wanted a 22-250 for many years. Now I have to get one!
Awesome group. Love the 22/250! Thanks for sharing!
I think you need to set up some shade! Also start reloading your own, neck sized to fit your rifle etc then see how accurate they are.
That is a great Rifle. With a better rest, you have nearly got yourself a bench gun there.
Nick- I am a new shooter. What rest would you recommend?
Nicely done vid.
I like the split screen where you see you shooting and the target also.
That is stupid tight…I like Tim’s reloads…
Thanks man! If I could get enough people to say that.... I'd quit my job lol
@@timr9180 Dude. That was a great job right there
@timr9180 do you have a CZcams channel?
@@timr9180Tim, I need that recipe! Lol! Just purchased a CVA varmit hunter bolt action rifle in 22-.250. Any hand load advice would be appreciated! Great job!
Nothing more to say - an incredible group!
Now that was wicked accuracy right there! I'm usually pretty happy with 1 moa, which most of my rifles with ammo combination is around 1.5 moa. Makes me wanna reload for my 243 and see if I can squeeze some tighter groups out of it.
You should try out winchester deer season xp, on a bad day I get .75moa with em (a bad day for me that is, as I'm not doing my best), my best with em is .25moa, only managed that once tho, maybe your rifles will like them as well, plus they're affordable and perform very well on game
Excellent group!
I'm so glad my Dad taught me how to hand load, and now I have all the equipment to do it.
I really enjoyed the video!
I need to get out there the range when it finally cools off! Lol
22-250 is one of my favorite calibers
I have been handloading for many years and i can tell you that is good
Eyes widened on that first shot. That was rad!
Thanks for the video.. Good shooting👍🏻. I use that same bullet with Varget powder with same results in my Cascade.
Hi from France, congrats to Tim !
Love handloading for my rifles! Once you get a load really dialed in, wow!
Man, that load/rifle combo is a BIG winner! 🥇🏆
And no matter what people say about handloads and handloaders, I personally have NEVER fired a factory round through any of my rifles with the exception of my .223 Wylde.
Ah sierra blitzkings good choice who tee who, sako uses these bullets in their factory ammo gamehead varmint brand, looking forward to another good vid wtw
Hey Chris! Yup, blitzkings
superb handloads, fine rifle, great shooter
Well now that was a interesting video and a fantastic reload. Not likely you could ever get any better round and those handloads. It would be interesting to know just what his recipe was on those 22 250 handloads.
That's a fantastic pattern from an untested load to match the characteristics of a particular rifle! Great shooting as well. I also was not aware of that CVS rifle? I'd better check that out too!
Best group i ever seen
Dawgone buddy thats what i call doin some shootin like Alvin York congrats bro 😎
This one is faster than the road runner, a great coyote caliber. Very accurate and got the buggy too, with hand loads this will be fast and fun to shoot. Good shooting and gods speed to the WTW FAMILY AND FANS. 👍🇺🇸
Keep on keepin on! I love the 22-250! Please more 204 ruger
More soon!
One heck of a group "whooteewhoo" iam impressed🔥🔥🔥
Many people who own or shoot .22-250's are accustomed to their laser-like accuracy. Some may not realize that with the right bullet/twist the
.22-250 is right at home in the 600+ yard range. (I shoot only 50 grain through my 1:12 Axis) Tim gave you some fine ammo for sure but the man behind this trigger impressed me! Great shooting Hero! 😉👍🎯
Always say it to you, handload is the best you can have!!!
When you make 100 ammo you are a lot more accurate fore powder load and crimp than a production line who make 100 000 round per day!!!
Hope one day you be converted to handloading ammo... And no ammo shortage like this!!!!
Prety fun video. And what a heck of a group!!!!!
Very very nice shot!!!
Always love your video from France men!!!
Simple, no unnecessary talking, just what it needed.
And interesting content.
For all that, thanks!
Ole Tim nailed it on the recipe on those rounds. Beautiful group.
Thank you! Helps I have same rifle!!
The 22-250 has always been one of my favorite rounds and your friend who reloads is great at what he does.
Great group, Hello from Australia. I'd love to see the 22-250 over longer distances, perhaps up against a .223
Or even a .243 for that matter.
That one !!!!, That's the rifle , couldn't ask for better 👍 SURGICAL ACCURACY ✌️
Hey Who Tee. Did you hear that FJ Outlaw shouted you out on Savanah Dexter's new song? I thought that was cool as hell.
What?????
Are you serious?
Which song? Not finding it
@@WHOTEEWHO its Savannah Dexter's newest song on her channel. This is so cool man. Let me know once you find it and hear it.
@@WHOTEEWHO the new song has her, Fj Outlaw, and Hard Target on it.
Could probably split a playing card with that 22-250 load. Great shooting who tee who.
There's always that one shot that messes up the group, but that's some dang good shootin! Even with the shot on the left that's under .5moa, don't count that one and you're right near .25moa or so, I've only got a group like that once (Ruger American Predator 6.5cm, I sent you a pic a while back on fb), very impressive group, I can shoot precisely if I really try and it's a good day, some days I just can't shoot worth a hoot, but I wish I could shoot as accurately as you do as consistently as you do, always impresses me, this is my favorite channel for rifle accuracy comparisons cuz as long as I've watched I've come to the conclusion that the weak link is either the rifle or the ammo and not the shooter, but you definitely got the right combination right there! Good shootin WTW!
Unbelievable!!! Excellent shooting!
Very, very impressive! Tim did an awesome job with those loads.
That’s the best group I’ve ever seen you shoot, good job brother! Thanks to Tim as well!
The only problem with good handloads, is when you shoot the last one, and it crosses your mind, is the next batch going to be as good, lol
In about 1968-69 my dad bought a FN large ring 98 Mauser action from Herters Company. To that he put on Douglas premium grade #5 26" barrel. Later after dad died I toped it with a 4 x14 x 40 Nikon scope. After many reloads it shot best with 38grs of H380 and a Sierra 55gr Spire point boattal bullit. I got 3 shot groups that looked like a 3 leaf clover inside a 1/2" diameter circle at 100yrs. He would have been proud.
Great load!! Way to go, Tim!! Good shootin Who Tee Who
Thanks for the video. That 22-250 , so they say , is the second fastest round ever made. Only the 22 Swift was faster , not buy much but is now obsolete. God Bless brother. ☺
I had a 220 swift...sounded like thunder in a valley!!
Fantastic group, very good and consistent load.
Any chance of sharing load data? Powder used/charge, primer and perhaps OAL?
Yes it would be great to know what powder and primer were used
4:56 That bug said, "Oh hellll no!!!!" 😆
That's definitely a tac driver. Great video! Thanks for sharing.
22-250 has been one of the easiest rounds for me to load for. 55 gr Blitzkings with H380 (charge weight is in the name) has shot about .5 moa from every rifle ive used them in. Its just one of those cartriges that make reloading easy, not to take away from the work your friend has done.
What would it cost for a box of 20 of reloads
@@Gokywildcats11 I dont keep track, I shoot and reload for fun, not to save $$$
I would like to find a box of reloaded 22/250.
That's impressive! I miss handloading. Great job WHO & Tim!
Awesome shooting. Please share the recipe in your description. You said ‘recipe’ enough times that it should have been disclosed.
People not into guns would never understand how awesome a feeling it is to have a group like that.
Sweet rounds. I’m a reloader as well and this is why we do it
One of my favorite rifles of yours. That camo, and of course those rounds!
Fantastic group from one of my favourite calibers! 👏🏼👏🏼 Well done and thank you!
Got to love when a rifle does sub MOA groups
Great group ! All guns are different , but usually they're some certain components ( bullets , powders , primers and even the brass itself) that are usually conducive to being an accurate formula for the type of cartridge . ( Ammo makers do this as well to get the best accuracy overall in largest selection of guns)
But , to me , the "fun" of handloading is trying to find the perfect recipe .
That’s impressive, that’s hard to do no matter what you shoot. Tim’s hand loads are awesome, he definitely knows what he’s doing.
Man o man the best group I’ve seen thanks Tim ,WTW , and Wild man!! ( :
Very good group.. But all jokes aside I "almost" did the same with a 22.250 Savage Axis with a box of 55 grain Winchester Varmint X... At 100 yds I put 3 in same hole and 2 in same hole very close to 3 hole hit in a Nickle size group.. And those 50 grain HP JHP Not bad outta box. 3 in a nickel size hole. Not bad for factory ammo and cheap. Who can complain taking a Coyote at 410 yds with that 55 grainer with a cheap Axis and cheap ammo.. 😂😂 But very very good in a penny size grope hole.. love your videos.. keep up good work.....
This reminds me of the articles in Gun Digest and American Rifleman decades ago. Great video!!
Dang Whotee You won't get a better group than that, Tim you did a good job on that load combo Y'all have a good one
Love the 22.250 !! That’s an awesome group !!
That was impressive.
Great 22-250 video. Can you mention the load that your friend used in his 22-250 reloads that he gave you? I’m interested in the powder used in the reloads. The powder I have used For years is IMR 4064. So if there is a better powder for 22-250 reloads please let me know. Thank you for your time.
I've been trying to find some 22.250 for so long.
Tim you did good! It also helps to have a good rifle. Great shooting WTW!
Super Awesome group. Tim did an outstanding job, making those for your rifle.
WOW! I’m definitely impressed with that group. That shoots as good as or better than a customized rifle. 👍
LOVE my .22-250 Browning X-Bolt Composite Stalker...
Loved it shocked simply shocked big giant question did you have any work done to the rifle I mean you kept mentioning the trigger did you have any work done to the trigger you said the trigger was fantastic but did you have worked under the trigger is it 3 pounds and less did you have work done to the barrel is the class beaded stock you know that kind of thing did you is it a heavy barrel that is the grouping is just astounding you don't see that unless it's it's a specialty rifle I'm just amazed could you give more insight into the rifle until the fine details of the rifle I know you mentioned the scope and everything and the company went out of business I'm not familiar with the company at all but I haven't kept up with that kind of thing thank you once again it's fantastic.
I have one 20 inch ar build for precision shooting but these videos really make me want to go and get some bolt actions in my fav calibers👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
That's tight... Oh boy, a beautiful boomstick and ammo
Sorry I must have missed it but how many grains of what powder also what twist rate is your rifle. I'm getting ready to reload some 22-250 and would like to give it a try.
Thanks for your time RCW
Watching your Cascade vids.........ya gonna make me buy one darn it.
I love my Cascade!
@@WHOTEEWHO problem is can't find any. 😭
Tim cooked up a sweet recipe! Amazing accuracy and precision. I'd love to get my hands on some of his 22-250 loads.
What powder primer combo was used with those blitz kings? Nice group.
That was amazing. Great job WhoTeeWho. I sighted my 6.5 in yesterday but was having trouble seeing where I hit. Thought I was going high and right but once I went down range I saw I was low and left. I got it pretty close in 5 shots after that.
Awesome. I love sighting in rifles
@@WHOTEEWHO it was my first attempt, I just need to keep practicing. Need to work on my trigger pull as well.
Someone certainly put in the homework, that's impressive to say the least, 👏
Really impressive. Looks like you have it all figured out. Good gun, good ammo and really good shooting. Thanks for the video.
How did I miss this one?? I dont know if I every saw a better group out of you. Great shooting Adam
