We still don’t know enough about the Eden elder, or the King.
Maybe our Skykids are his clone created by the Megabird. The White kid we hug is probably our Sub Consciousness or his Resh Subconsciousness cause our Skykids are his clone so they hold a part of him.
i've always liked the idea that when eden exploded the king was fractured into new beings of light and every sky kid to be born is a fragment of him or the pieces of wing lights scattered across the realms. the two are closely tied together and is why you constantly reincarnate and hug the sky kid before orbit.

I have recently got the Sky Art Book, covering the whole creation of the game from concept to finished, and in there, they said that The Ruler and the Elders sacrificed thier light to try and correct the horrors that had been done and restore the light. So you may very well be right in this idea.

@MiklaRannha actually, the Eden Elder is also referred to as "King" meaning he is the king of the entire sky kingdom. Alef, aka the Prince, is presumably the king is his youth! But nothing is confirmed so we can't say for sure.

She is the one who makes the spirits, the sky kids, and the life. You can actually see her in Eden once you finish the credits scene.

This is a satanic game, the new door that's revealed shows it. The game tells a story of elders bring thrown out of the sky, and banished there on earth, sounds alot like the bible, Satan and the fallen angels! And then it says you have to rescue them and help them back up to the sky. So this game is putting you in a position to play and go against God so to speak, no thanks I choose The LORD Jesus Christ evert time! I'm just real disappointed in this trick, make you think your doing a real Good thing, beautiful game play graphics, music the lot, all to be revealed that your actually helping evil.
