  • The BEST SKI RESORT if you just want to go for 1 DAY ONLY you will find at FLUMSERBERG! The ski resort of Flumserberg attracts with its central location. Less than 1 hour from Zurich, St. Gallen, Chur, Luzern… what more? Flumserberg is located just above the Walensee. The go to go spot would be Tannenboden. It can be accessed by car or by train followed by a cabin ride. Flumserberg is a small ski resort but makes well use of its space offering you many different tracks. You may find difficult black slopes at the Leist, probably the highlight of the entire resort! Take it easy at the backside at Panüöl, where there will be less people. Flumserberg also attracts skiers with its outstanding food, especially the restaurant Guebhütte you can have a very good dining experience… considering its up in the Swiss Alps and even in Winter, its just perfect! At the ski resort of Flumserberg, you may also enjoy great views over the surrounding and the many peaks of the Swiss Alps covered with snow. Very eyecatching are the Churfirsten, a series of peaks and mount Säntis in the background. At Flumserberg you may also go for sledding, the option for those who do not ski! For that you will have to access Prodalp from Tannenheim. All in all, Flumserberg is a small but great ski resort, easy to access and fun to ski. Take some forest tracks at the pine tree forest or the Häxäwäldli, go steep at the Maschgenkamm or Leist or take long tracks to the Panüöl.

      Hi Elka. Thank you very much! Yes, the ski resort at Flumserberg is amazing! I recorded this video back in 2022, currently not too much snow. This Winter so far is a bit lame. I hope it gets cold and snowier soon!

      Hi Rebekah. Thank you very much for your nice comment. Yeah, the tracks at the Tannenwald and the Häxäwäldli are really cool! As a kid, I always loved to ski in the forests. It's more fun! My next adventure will be about a place abroad :)

    Halo Djemo, nice to knows you from all your video❤.
    Btw, i will visit Swiss on january. I will arrived at zurich airport at 6.30am, and will have to depart to st. moritz in the evening as i stay there for the next morning glacier express train to zermatt.
    I would like to ask, do you think i will have enough time to take a train from zurich to Flumseberg to take a privat lessons of skiing and then take last train depart to st. moritz?

    • @DjemoGraphic
      @DjemoGraphic  Před 6 měsíci

      Hiii. Sounds a bit rushed. You would probably arrive at Flumserberg around 10am. Until you rented everything and got your ski lesson it would already be 11. Skiing until 4:30. Then, you will need to continue to st. Moritz is another 2.5-3h. So you would reach your hotel around 7:30 or 8pm. I feel thats a little too rushed. What do you think?

    • @ciwikoshka3736
      @ciwikoshka3736 Před 6 měsíci

      yeah, after read your answer, i do consider i might not gonna be enjoy the lessons cuz the time limit i have😅. I m considering to take ski lessons in zermatt maybe that would be better?
      this my second time to visit switzerland, but skiing will be my first experiemce ever😁
