It's an RR2 footage, it's the buff you gain after each cycle (sinking buff).

Gotta ask at this point, how do you get a unit to evade multiple attacks with one skill slot? Or use a skill twice, ive seen it a couple times personally in MD3H and i still have no clue why or how it happens.

as for evade, it stays if the evasion is successful so the next time the unit gets attacked by an unopposed attack it rolls evasion
