The money garland you are talking about become a tradition in our whole ladakh region. It's a matter of behaviour change of the people residing in whole ladakh region , where these type of tradition cannot be stopped until and unless the tsogspa like LBA or even at village level tsogspa don't bring policy to stop using ofmoney garland. Despite of money garland tradition, there are also others tradition that has been merged in ladakhi tradition. It cannot be change just by saying rather possible to change by taking initiatives by individual to stop these tardition 🫡
