Mr. Awilo Longoma was once a story in TIMES International Magazine during the 1980s I bet there aren't many African musicians, let alone African political leaders, have ever been a story in that weekly magazine. His music has recognition and accepted beyond our borders....good for selling Africa!

Thier grandfather Vicky logomba died in 1988 and thier father in 1996.
