This mod is a 20/10 for me. The first 10 comes from it just being extremely good, and the other 10 comes from the fact that you can actually listen to the new songs in the sound test. Easily the best mod I’ve played this year.

Totally agree, the changes and additions themselves are great, but they went out of their way to add the Lap 3 and 4 songs to the sound test. That's dedication right there.

i think even when i'm getting spoiled that you don't want me to see like the FINAL lap, i think the actual experience is what ACTUALLY excites me, i'm actually DOING it.

0:06 WAIT HOLD ON A SEC. Did you use Pizza Oven to activate the ELM? Because I was in 1.0.5952, and when I tried launching the ELM, it just said that either the xdelta or the game isn’t up to date.

You have too completely delete pizza oven re-download it and if it doesn’t work try browsing you local files on steam and deleting data.po file
I had the same issue and that’s how I fixed it

I just have 1 question i cant get the audio to work i never hear any sound ive tried all sorts of things to get it to work even replacing the files and nothing has the game is not the same without music how do i fix this?

I have no idea. I installed the mod via Pizza Oven and it worked perfectly first try. Check the comment section of the mod's gamebanana page, there should be a pinned comment on how to fix the audio.

so you need to download the zip, extract it, and then if you see the folder with the .bank files, put THE FOLDER, not the files, in sounds/Desktop

I will write down my thoughts, albeit controversial...
Personally my experience was somewhat mixed.
It is very good compared to every other lap 3 mod we have, but I feel like this mod really doesn't do much to add to the lapping experience regardless.
It's Lap 3 with difficulty settings and one extra lap.
The Final Lap is cool, but all in all...
The mod really doesn't aim to add anything else other than that, and I feel somewhat let down, since it's just Lap 3 again, but now it's the 'ultimate' way of playing it.
I won't bother people for liking it, but honestly, it landed less than softly for me.

Yeah I definitely see where you're coming from on that. I think the mod does not do a good job of showcasing everything it changed if you play through Floor 1 before playing any other levels. Floor 1 has 0 changes in it whatsoever, which could lead plenty of people into thinking it's just another Lap 3 mod. Levels like Wasteyard, Deep-Dish 9, and Oh Shit have minor changes to the level layout, and they disable certain transformations from Lap 3 and onwards. The mod is also missing a bit of the flair that something like Lap Hell has. I'd still prefer to play ELM over every other lap mod, but it does leave quite a bit to be desired.

Oh the sound didn't break when I installed the mod. I downloaded it with Pizza Oven and it worked perfectly for me first try. I know it's a common issue and the fix for it is pinned to the top of the comments section on the mod page, but I never had an issue with it.
