- On 31st December 2020, after serving for 33 and half years, I bid farewell to my IPS service in a unique manner.
2020 ഡിസംബർ 31ന്, മുപ്പതിമ്മൂന്നര വർഷത്തെ സേവനത്തിൽ നിന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്തമായ രീതിയിൽ ഞാൻ വിടപറഞ്ഞു.

നമസ്‌ തേ മാഡം, മാഡം സർവീസിൽ നിന്ന് പിരിഞ്ഞ ശേഷം ചാനൽ തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ഞാൻ വിചാരിച്ചിരുന്നു എന്തെങ്കിലും ഒക്കെ പറയാൻ പോകുന്നു എന്ന് കഴിഞ്ഞ വീഡിയോയിൽ സെക്രട്ടറിയേറ്റിലെ തീപിടുത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും കൃത്യമായി പറഞ്ഞു അത് പറയാൻ എന്തു കൊണ്ടും അർഹതയുള്ള ഫയർഫോഴ്സ് മേധാവി ആയിരുന്നല്ലോ. എല്ലാം സാധാരണക്കാരായ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് മനസ്സിലാവും. എല്ലാ ആശംസകളും. ആത്മകഥ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

മാഡം ആദ്യത്തെ വനിത ഓഫീസറായി വന്നപ്പോൾ വളരെ ഇഷ്ടം തോന്നി പക്ഷേ മാഡം അനുഭവിച്ച വിഷമങ്ങൾ ഇപ്പോൾ ചിരിച്ചു കൊണ്ടു പറയുമ്പോഴും ഉള്ളിൽ നല്ല വിങ്ങൽ മനസ്സിലാക്കാം
ഇപ്പോൾ വിങ്ങലൊന്നുമില്ല ഉഷാ... തീയിൽ കുരുത്ത അനുഭവങ്ങൾ അല്ലായിരുന്നോ???
ഔദ്യോഗിക ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഒട്ടനേകം പ്രതിസന്ധികൾ തരണം ചെയ്തു ഇതുവരെ എത്തിയ ശ്രീലേഖ മേഡത്തെ കാണുമ്പോൾ ഒരുപാട് സന്തോഷവും അഭിമാനവും തോന്നുന്നു ഇതുപോലെ മുന്നോട്ടുപോകാനായിട്ട് ജഗദീശ്വരൻ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കട്ടെ എന്ന് പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു..... Salute for your service keep going..... 🙏🏻👍🏻🥰

റിട്ടയർ ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ സർക്കാർ നല്ല പോസ്റ്റ് കൊടുക്കും എന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചു അതും കിട്ടിയില്ല, അതിൻ്റെ പ്രയാസമാ.....
യൂണിഫോം സർവീസിൽ കൂടുതൽ കാലം യൂണിഫോം വേണ്ടാത്ത പോസ്റ്റിൽ ഇരുന്നു....ഇതൊക്കെ ആയിരുന്നെങ്കിലും ഐപിഎസ് ൽ ഉയർന്ന റാങ്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ കൂടുതൽ കാലം law and order കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്ത് കഴിവ് തെളിയിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ (സ്വയം പറഞ്ഞാൽ പോരാ) തീർച്ചയായും കിട്ടുമായിരുന്നു...

I need to bring something to your attention regarding your police department. Many police officers and other ranks exhibit very bad behavior towards the public. Even during routine vehicle checks, they treat the public as if they have committed a major offense.
It seems that the command and control of the officers are not under proper supervision, leading to this behavior. Once they put on their uniforms, they act as if they are the supreme authority. Why is this happening? When will the police behave respectfully towards the public?
I have mentioned this in many of my previous videos. I will do my next one exclusively on this... Pl wait for it
