Starting Tremfya today, after several years on Humira and MTX. My psoriasis went away on Humira and MTX. However my PsA not only impacts my fingers and ankles, but my thoracic spine is the most irritated and when inflamed radiates around to the joints at my sternum and it is painful. I'm hoping Tremfya helps.
