Skiathos Airport Summer 2024 Best bits, Jetblast and low landings compilation! Planespotting in 4K

This video features the famous Skiathos airport. Which includes a high risk visual approach and landing over water and across a busy road at the threshold of the runway with aircraft coming just metres from your head on arrival to runway 01 and also with departures being breathtakingly close to spectators! The entire approach and runway is visible from this well known spot at the end of the runway.
This airport is commonly referred to as the European St Maarten. But having been to both I would suggest that no airport is like Skiathos in terms of how close you can get to the runway action. So in my eyes this airport is the ultimate location for low landings and Jetblast departures!
Throughout the video I move around the runway end to slightly different positions and perspectives. This year I managed to go back to the hill to catch a few movements towards the other end of the runway giving a full overview of the airport too!
