- As I say in the video, I didn't make it up, the owners are retired and want to enjoy the rest of their lives traveling and they can afford to let it go. It was with other agencies but the wrong agents that don't work in our dynamic manner ;-)
The view is incredible… the Alps and the most amazing sunrises and sunsets.
The property is over three floors. On the sub-level is a large apartment for guests or a custodian/caretaker. The ground floor has a beautiful living room, dining room and gorgeous kitchen.
On the first floor, there are 5 bedrooms - all perfect. There’s a large balcony facing the Alps and living space on a floor above this.
There’s an apartment, large 6-car garage, landscaped gardens, stables, view of the Alps and is located just 35 minutes from Turin (Torino) and just 30 minutes from Alba.

I'm Richard, I‘m originally from England but Italy has been home to my family and me since 2002.
I started working in Italian property two years after my arrival. I saw that ‘foreign’ home buyers needed assistance when buying a home through local agents here in Piedmont (Piemonte).
Over the years I’ve assisted people from all over the world purchase a home here. I know the Piedmont inside out, always working within the law and I’m constantly networking. I cover the wine areas of Langhe, Alta Langa, Monferrato and the Roero in this northern part of Italy. Over the last 20 years, I’ve helped countless people buy beautiful homes in towns such as Alba, Barolo, Monforte, Cortemilia, Monchiero, Cuneo, Asti, Mango, La Morra, Sinio, Nizza Monferrato, Canelli, Santo Stefano, Canale and many other places. If you are looking to relocate or buy a vacation home in Italy I can assist you all the way.
Whether you’re looking for an apartment, farmhouse or wine business I can help. I work with many agents in the region of Piemonte and can assist you when you buy through them.
If you’re looking to buy a business in Italy I can also assist you.

Great video and indeed a fantastic villa with a spectacular view
This property is breathtaking! 😍 The price is amazing, with everything you get, it’s probably the biggest bargain I’ve ever seen in 🇮🇹 real estate.
We really appreciate all the work you put into your videos, it shows! 🥰You’re doing a spectacular job with your new video format, keep up the good work.🤩🥰😎
Thank you so much! It was a lot of fun to make and is a fantastic house. The non-cynic is going to grab the bargain of their life. Owners are keen to move on hence the incredible price.
Keep watching! Thanks!!
Gorgeous stunning property ❤
beautiful property! stunning views...
I totally agree that Turin has it over Milan.
For sure!!
Wow! Well done. Introducing Torino was a great idea and the drone images are spectacular.
Thanks for such a well presented house, although one can hardly call it that as it is more like a proper villa estate. One question; this far north in Italy have more seasonality for weather?
Thank you! It was a lot of work but we loved doing it. I'm trying to get better. The weather here is excellent. We will get maybe 2-3 weeks of cold weather and 2 weeks of hot but the rest is perfect, four distinct seasons. It's why we chose Piemonte over the rest of Italy.
What a view!!!!
Amazing property. Would love to have that view, and yes Turin is a wonderful city.
We are From 🇧🇷 Brazil Estamos te acompanhando. Casa incrível.
Il prezzo è molto conveniente ❤
Mind blowing property
Just gorgeous!😊
greadings from Poland! Ps.our friends are interested in that one. Ps. And we did bought the one we talk about one year Ago! Thanks for the notario recomendation. We worked with her. Ewerything fine. Best! Aga
Ah nice!!! Happy it all went well. See you soon.
Nice home! Bit long on the coffee-talk though. Small error during the vid, it says 17.3 acres of land but it is 7.3 acres
I just wanted to get Torino on the map more for my clients - it deserves it and the Italian Job is Brit thing - like Columbus is to Americans. And the mistake, ok sorry! 3 hectares is 7.4 acres, you are correct! Thanks!
I can't even afford the Alfa Romeo you were driving anymore, let alone the property, but it is beautiful.
Oh well, I'm a city boy anyway.
I'm in the same position!!! I understand. If you're very here come for a drive in the Alfa.
Sold. Take all of my money. Sigh.
I'll get the contract written up!! :-)
Hi, Very nice property, would love to make an offer.
Very well done but there is a lot of overexposure issues early
Hi Robert, thanks! I know.. I got it so wrong. I've been a photographer for years but videography is brand new to me and I have a lot to learn. I promise it's already getting better and I had my wife behind the camera and I should have checked. I can't blame her though! I promise it will be a lot better. I appreciate your comment, it pushes me to do better ;-)
The internals bear more character than the external which doesn't make much sense to me tbh. the external looks like 1970 or even later ..
Everyone that visited it loved it. It's unusual.. designed by a top architect who works for the Ferrero family. It just sold last night!!
I need to watch this video again
Is it still avaiable?
Great property! How do we make an offer?
Go for it!! The house is fantastic, a genuine bargain and the owners are fantastic too, being very generous with what they'll leave For a little more money they can leave a lot more including tractors, etc for a fraction of their value. Email me if you're serious! re.langhe@gmail.com
Why would someone sell a home that cost 3 million euros to build for 1 million euros? Market value absorption?
It's a good question! Mostly due to the situation of the owners. They're elderly and the house is too big. They need to sell. They had it with an agency for 2 years that did nothing so kept dropping the price. It's an amazing house without issues and in a great area - it's a real bargain. Sometimes these things come up. Rare, but they do. I helped friends from the US buy a house for €300k. The owner spent €1m restoring it and the place is fantastic.
PS: Garage inspiration: I would create a GYM on 30% of the garage with TechnoGym elements. Open garage in the warm days! With some crossFit elements and treadmill and bikes!- Also a smal indoor-outdoore microkitchen with a Bar where "breakfast after sport" can be offert. This would make this place a place for happy people neighbors to come together and do some sport.
Also a smal traditionell sauna with wood heating and a WC and shower.
A "social meeting place for active souls" and a nice communication space for all- if the owner is a communication loving person.
How needs 6 car garage in this days of minimalistic lifestyle?
Also I would build on 30% a minimalistic privat hostel for all friends how could and would support with "hands on deck" mentality to make this big land a productive land for green food an farm products for the family or friends.
Bunk beds for 10 souls- would fit in such 30% space of the garage!
2 Car places would be enough I think.
Many cars can park under a carport the place in the garage is to fine for the use of a car :-)
It has great potential. Have two buyers visiting today. I'll send them your suggestions. They might invite you over! Thanks!!
I love that eara and that property. I am ready to come! Greets @@langheproperty
Just for info: There is a german oven company that had created a unic oven that produces 250 watt energy per hour. Also this oven makes 10-14 Kilowatt heatpower and has a water heating system. 250 watt power is enough to feed a pump for the radiators and with a big hot water storage (lets say 6.000 liter water) you could produce hot water for shower ore heating for 2-3 days when you fire up the oven for 24 hours in wintertime. 1 day full heat-2-3 day hot water without feeting the oven with burning materials. It could be wood or pellets or briquetts or browncoals. its about engery efficents@@langheproperty
I'll take it if the owners were to gift it to me.
It is at €1.1m!!! Come sign the papers!!! :-)
@@langheproperty Seriously? :)
Is that a Traveller's Notebook?
Yes! From Amazon I think. I'm always writing and note-taking so love this thing as I can refill it.
1.1 million Euro?? Something is definitely wrong. Explain..
Owners need to sell. Retired, want to do different things. There are some personal things as well - I can explain by email as I don't want to explain personal matters in public ;-) By all means, get in touch re.langhe@gmail.com It's all genuine.
What an appalling presentation! The first 8 minutes was mainly waffle which could have been given at the house itself. Do we really want to see. at length, the presenter enjoying his cup of coffee and croissant?
Thanks!! I need encouragement to stop eating croissants!!
Stop being a miserable loser and grow up.
That's just rude! He was trying to show us Turin and how incredible are the cafes there. My goodness, ppl need to be more polite with comments. You can fast forward if it upsets you sooo much! 🙄
