I've been saying for years, we wouldn't be smart enough to even fathom veganism if not for eating meat! The irony.
Doesn't take any brains to grab a plant and eat it compared to figuring out how to successfully hunt huge game in the wild
I feel like my body runs off best w fish, red meat, chicken, occasional veggies and fruits. I think it takes a individual to figure out how their body runs off of certain foods imo

Not scientific, but I have the strongest inner pull for berries, meat and potatoes.
I read an interventional study literally 3 days ago that detailed how the red meat group ended up with higher hdl, ldl, fasting glucose, and worse insulin sensitivity.
I’m in grad school and am interested in the topic. Citing one study doesn’t prove jack shit for either side.
Regardless, he lied when he said the studies don’t exist, which makes anything else he says highly questionable to me

Steric acid in the fat has been proven to lower hdl cholesterol. It's an acid that breaks down the cholesterol. It's not found in processed meats. There are a lot of studies but you need to look at the quality of the study. Not all studies are the same.

Talking about saturated fat (palm oil & butter), interventional study. So it is a bit unclear, but here it is.
I think the most important thing to do is to eat RAW food.
Eliminating processed foods is the first thing we should do, whether that's for animal or non-animal products.

I know 3 top doctors/nutritionists, 1 says mostly to strictly meat, one says veg the other says fruit,.. which one is correct?
It depends on your individual biochemistry. Where did your ancestors come from? If from Northern Europe, your ancestors probably ate meat, fish, forest greens, nuts and berries. If from places closer to the equator, they probably had more carbohydrates & plants. Eat foods more like what they ate. I hope that helps! ❤

I’d say which doctor looks the healthiest? If they follow their diet they should be a prime example of it
What about red meat and DHT hair loss? I love lamb but am scared to consume it because I don’t wanna go bald
I gave up red meat because of factory farming in the US. I can’t eat meat stuffed with antibiotics and full of stress hormones because of the cruelty suffered by the animals all of their lives. I believe in the law of the jungle. Eat or be eaten. But cruelty… I’m out!!
