Proving To My Family That Yellowtail Is Delicious

We originally planned to go spearfishing for tuna down in San Diego. We didn't have luck, so we went paddy hoping and caught small yellowtail and found a good size bonito. Let's do a catch and cook!
Bonito isn't typically thought of as a good fish to eat. I beg to differ. It's great if you can bleed it well and keep the meat on ice.
Yellowtail is excellent table fare. After we got back from the day of fishing, I brought some of the fish over to my wife's sister's pad and cooked them up a Baja/Asian fusion meal.
