Hmm, I'd say it took about 2 months of doing at least a few hours a night. Composing the strings and vocal harmonies took the longest but were the most rewarding parts. When I had finished there was close to 80 layers of sounds! I was preparing for PonyconAU at the time. That caused some delay as well.

Imagination just went nuts.. can so see a huge ballroom scene.. the orchestra in the back playing while Cadance and Chrysalis in disguise keep switching through with Shining Armor, each trying to dance with him, and Chrysalis' disguise shimmering every so often for dramatic effect as she danced with him, before Cadance manages to pull him back to dance again.

hmmmmmmmmm? think about this what if chrysalis was the opposite of cadence? because when cadence did her speech about what she was it sounded like she used to know her :0 and they never mentions cadence's father ? maybe princess amore was forced to marry the king bug like creature to prevent war? :0 so they had a mean bug like creature and a sweet crystal pony but when the rulers died, chrysalis wants to rule so she gets her bug like creatures and do war chrysalis fails and her and her bug like creatures all get sent to sombra's village when the young ruler finds sombra and begs him to go then she shows him the alicorn amulet but when sombra fails the amulet gets sent to a shop window and trixe gets it :O I am a genius!!
