They deserve most definitely, a loud audible warning to get out of the (harms) way.

the box looks like already was opened hundred times, China made, means no guarantee or warranties, you seems pretty much enjoying the "toy" unfortunately or all are deaf or definitely didn't hear nothing really alarming that didn't care about to avoid your ride
